Chelsea Psychology seeks an experienced receptionist or person with administrative experience. Preference will be given to receptionists with allied health reception experience.
Approximately 15 hrs per week with flexibility to cover other shifts.

The Role
The receptionist role is the first point of contact for our clients and is expected to provide excellent customer service. Duties include:
- Greeting clients as they arrive.
- Answering calls and making appointments.
- Scheduling and managing diary appointments.
- Scanning/uploading and photocopying.
- Taking payments and processing Medicare rebates.
- Covering staff annual/sick leave when necessary.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good phone manner.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Good computer literacy and proficient typing.
- High standard of integrity and excellent work ethic.
- Experience in Cliniko medical administration software and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential as training will be provided).
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Work autonomously.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Able to prioritise tasks, whilst working under pressure.
