Our Franchisor Office located in Homebush West, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the team as a Full Time Receptionist.
Being in the retail industry, we don’t have a mandatory shutdown period, so this opportunity has a flexible start date between now and early 2023
Your New Role
As one of our Receptionists, you will provide Great Service, Always! to all visitors and callers ensuring they all feel welcomed and valued. You will:
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors at the Franchisor Office
Effectively manage the switch board ensuring incoming calls are directed to the right areas
Alert colleagues when a visitor arrives to see them
Collect and distribute mail
Participate in general office administration duties
About You
You are someone who resonates with our Great Service, Always! approach and prides themselves on their ability to interact positively with customers. You will also possess:
Great presentation standards
Excellent verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Good with technology – on the job system training will be provided
Flexible with working hours – may work on a rotating roster with all shifts between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
