Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and in-person
- Manage a busy front desk with professionalism and a positive attitude, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Create visually appealing and informative brochures for properties using Adobe Suite, showcasing the unique features and selling points of each property
- Regularly post engaging and relevant content to our social media pages using Facebook and Instagram, keeping our followers up-to-date with the latest industry news and market trends
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling appointments, and file management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Apple devices, and Adobe Suites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, agents, and staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Trainee / Receptionist
Harcourts Huon Valley is seeking a personable, energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate and motivated about providing outstanding customer service. The position requires someone with high attention to detail, and strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service and people skills, clear courteous phone manner, immaculate personal presentation, and experience with Apple devices, Google Drive / Docs, and online CRM systems are an advantage but not essential.
Intensive on the job training including award-winning online and off-site academy training will be offered for the right candidate along with a chance to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III or IV in Real Estate.
