The role will include:
- Greeting patients at front reception
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls
- Appropriately triage emergency/urgent calls
- Processing cash/eftpos payments
- Processing Medicare/DVA claims
- Data entry into software program - entering & updating patient registration details
- Scanning/photocopying documents
- General reception/administrative support duties
The successful applicant for this position will need to demonstrate:
