Founded 2019 in Australia by Real Estate professionals for Real Estate professionals, our client is in scale-up mode in the PropTech / FinTech space.
  
With a young, energetic and fully-invested team, they have grown the ‘take-up’ of the products across Australia and the increased demand has created a phenomenal opportunity for someone to come in, support the Customer Success team and develop themselves for future advancement within
  
Duties:
  
They need a high-energy, administrator with strong customer service capabilities. This is a pivotal role within the business where you will be responsible for inbound calls and responding to queries. Specifically:

• Resolve queries via phone and online chat
• Data entry of customer information
• Providing support to the BDM and Customer Success teams
• General office administrative and front of house duties 
• Provide great customer support / service where needed
• Support with the ongoing idea and suggestions for streamlining and improvement

Specific requirements:

• Experience in a similar office / customer support role
• Be comfortable on the phones and articulate
• Have a naturally engaging style
• Enjoy being a part of a team and happy to demonstrate initiative
• Live within an easy commute of North Sydney
