RECEPTIONIST
- Permanent full-time position
- 38 hours per week
- Must have own transport
- Wages will be determined in accordance with experience and as per the Clerical Award grading
We are looking for an office receptionist for our busy shipyard at Harwood, which is based ten minutes from the larger townships of Maclean and Yamba.
The receptionist will report to the Administration Manager and will be responsible for office administration tasks including, but not limited to:
- reception, including responding to telephone calls and emails and greeting clients
- collecting, handling and distributing mail
- maintaining records
- data entry with good attention to detail
- assist with accounts collation and data entry using MYOB
- general office cleaning and organization
- freight bookings
- other duties as identified and required
The job will be full-time, with the range of hours to be worked between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants must have:
- relevant previous reception and/or administration experience
- moderate to advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability and willingness to multitask and learn new skills
A certificate III in Business Administration or the equivalent qualification is preferred for this role.
