Responsibilities
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our North Sydney team for 3-4 days per week (Monday - Thurs) playing a fundamental role in creating first impressions and being the face of the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming every visitor to the office,
- Booking and maintaining meeting rooms,
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department and handling general email enquiries,
- Managing stationery and office supplies inventory (and most importantly the snack cupboard!)
- Support the "Fun Committee" with organising team activities, social events, and Monday morning breakfasts,
- Distribution and sorting of incoming/outgoing mail and taking or booking any deliveries,
- General administration duties involving use of the Microsoft Office suite and other ad hoc tasks when required.
Skills and Experience
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and fun-loving individual who is looking to join a supportive and high-performance work culture.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 6+ months experience within a similar capacity is preferred but not required,
- High attention to detail and a can do attitude,
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with anyone,
- An Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel
- Polished & professional (but you know how to have fun!)
