About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused administration staff member to join our motivated and dynamic team. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public. This is an exciting and pivotal role where your team and customer services skills will be highly valued.
Essential Criteria:- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- High level time management and organisational skills
- Medical terminology highly regarded
- A professional and personable disposition
- Ability to work within a team environment and multi task
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease
It would also be an advantage to have:
- Meditech knowledge
- Previous experience in a hospital/medical environment
