Key Responsibilities:
Extend professional and warm greetings to clients and visitors upon their arrival.
Efficiently handle incoming calls, screening and redirecting them as needed.
Maintain and oversee the computerised phone system, including managing staff diversions and after-hours contact redirection.
Forward emails received at the main company address to their respective recipients.
Offer administrative assistance to the team whenever necessary.
Aid in the coordination of internal events, including setup, catering, and procurement.
Skills and experience needed:
Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Advanced computer skills and adeptness at swiftly learning new software
Demonstrated initiative and responsibility in previous roles
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
