About the opportunity
The Corporate Receptionist works closely with the South Coast office, reports to the General Manager – South Coast and ACT and is part of the Operations South Coast MJH team. The key focus of this role is to be the face of NEX Building group, engage, warm and welcome clients and visitors both face-to-face and via the phone. More specifically:
- Provide administrative support to the MJH NSW Business as required
- Produce client contracts through DocuSign within specified timeframes
- Manage phone calls, providing resolution or facilitating connection with the appropriate team/person
- Greeting and checking in visitors, including customers, suppliers and other parties
- Coordinating day to day needs regarding office cleaning, maintenance and facilities management, ordering stationery and office supplies
- Manage the kitchen areas which includes restocking weekly, removing rubbish and ensure there are adequate supplies
- Ensuring customer facing areas are kept clean, tidy, professional and inviting
- Support the Operations teams with administrative tasks as required
- Assist with the management of meeting room bookings/availability
About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MJH and the NXT Group along with:
- Previous reception or corporate administration/customer service experience
- Previous experience within the housing industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Superior organisation and time management skills
- Be a reliable and flexible team player with a collaborative approach
- A willingness to learn new skills, undertake training and mentoring and to grow professionally
