AddressReceptionist / Administration Assistant
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join us on this journey and contribute positively to the continued success of the Company. This isn't standard office work - its hands on, varied and challenging. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the catering team, Head Office, Miss Maud cafes and Bakehouse teams.
As a guide your role will include:
- Completing general administration duties; including updating forms, photocopying, scanning and uploading documents
- Assisting the catering team; including answering catering inquiries/ quotes, orders etc
- Providing promotional materials and product tickets for the Miss Maud stores
- Communicating clearly, effectively and with diplomacy to all levels within the Company
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties and assisting teams when required
About you

- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills
- Good time management skills & loves to multitask
- Great spoken and written communication skills
- Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Driver's licence
- Experience in a similar role
