Key Roles
- Front office reception as first point of call for incoming calls, visitors and deliveries
- Asset & equipment management – servicing, calibrations and record keeping
- Fleet vehicle management & servicing scheduling
- Accounts payable, entering supplier invoices & receipting
- Data entry
About you
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Team player
- Proactive & forward thinker
- Office / front of house experience ideally with a trades company background
- Experience with SimPRO highly regarded although training is provided
- Microsoft office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
