Grampians Investment Services is a highly dedicated financial planning business located in Hamilton, in Southwest Victoria.

The three Directors / Financial Advisers are assisted by 10 support staff in providing financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients across Western Victoria. The business currently visits offices in Horsham, Ararat, Ballarat, Geelong and Portland.

Key advice areas include Investment Portfolios and Direct Investing, Superannuation including Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Personal Insurance, Social Security - Centrelink, Wealth Accumulation & Retirement Planning. 

Ultimately, the team at Grampians Investment Services aims to provide a high level of quality advice with a personal touch.

Due to the growing demand for financial planning advice and our growing business, we are seeking a Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team.

This is a full-time position in which you will gain exposure to a wide variety of administration support tasks, including:

  • Reception duties including answering phones, booking and confirming appointments as well as meeting & greeting clients with exceptional customer service
  • General office administration including mail administration, scanning, inputting & filing
  • Entering new client details on computer software and maintenance of client files and internal database. 
  • Preparation of investment forms, client correspondence and document administration
  • Assisting in the completion of our client review process & documentation
  • Supporting other team members as required

The successful candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable and able to work efficiently as part of a team in a professional office environment. This role will provide opportunities for the successful candidate to be proactive and is suited for a driven, well organised individual who is able to manage a busy workload. 

Finally, the successful candidate requires a high level of IT and communication skills (both written and verbal).
