Ecocycle is a national company established in the recycling industry.
Our head office is in Campbellfield, Victoria.
We are seeking a high class, sophisticated and experienced individual to join our team to provide an exceptional receptionist experience to our customers and assist with administrative duties within our company.
We are looking for a professional, responsible, proactive, self-motivated person that is organized, and driven for success.
Your responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:
- Professional and well managed first point of contact for clients via telephone, email and in person
- Setup for client meetings including on-site visitor registration management, tea and coffee offering, and arranging catering (as required)
- Maintaining the corporate kitchen, boardrooms and purchasing kitchen and office supplies as required
- Collect and distribute daily mail, lodge Post Office deliveries, banking and office errands as required
- Provide assistance in administration and maintenance of company records
- Preparation of invoices and supporting client documentation
- General and adhoc administrative duties as required
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
Must have a drivers licence and own car.
