Airforce Airconditioning is growing, and our receptionist has been moved upwards in the organisation. So, we now have an opening for an enthusiastic and capable person to join our supportive admin team as our Receptionist.
What you'll do in a day- Answering and directing calls
- Receiving and receipting deliveries
- Purchasing of office and kitchen supplies
- Dealing with minor client queries and warranty
- Filing and archiving
- Ensuring showroom and offices kept tidy and clean
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and payroll
- Creating work orders
- Taking customer payments
- Managing fleet maintenance
- Computer savvy
- Well presented, calm and confident
- Initiative
- Willing to learn
People love working for Airforce as we are a small supportive team working towards the common goal of providing a quality product. We believe in nurturing talent from within, and most of our admin team have graduated from this reception role. We work as a team and have each others back.
As this is our entry level position we are happy to train the right person, and don't necessarily require previous office experience if you have the right attitude.
Hours of work: 9 am to 5pm weekdays.
