AWB Co is looking for an organised superstar to join our Facility Services department as Admin Support. The role will primarily involve administrative tasks, assessing the priority of maintenance requests from our valued customers, scheduling trade technicians to attend works as well as ensuring the trade technicians are achieving time targets; liaising with clients and assisting with ordering materials.
This is a full-time, office based role and it's fast paced so we need someone who is:
- Motivated
- Organised
- Has great communication skills and is able to maintain our strong customer relationships
- Has advanced computer knowledge
- Has a willingness to learn management and compliance systems
It's not essential, but it would be an advantage if you have:
- Experience and or knowledge of the building&construction industry.
- Understanding of maintenance works (preventative and reactive maintenance)
- Experience working with online job management systems such as Simpro, Workflowmax or Service M8.
