Kalgoorlie Overland Motel is looking for a mature, confident administrator to fill our full-time reception role. The role requires one week evening reception & one week morning reception. Alternating with our other full-time receptionists.
Daily responsibilities:
- Adhere to daily checklist and procedures and update as required.
- Handle guest feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
- Confident in building rapport with regular customers.
- Confident handling money and balancing tills.
Role requirements:
- Previous hospitality reception experience.
- Rotating roster, evening's & mornings.
- Current RSA
- Knowledge of operations within a hospitality environment.
