We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our Admin team. This position will be based at our Karrinyup depot for Maternity Leave Cover.
You will be expected to assist in all general administration and office duties. Responsibilities will include:
- All reception duties
- Reconciliation of revenue
Training will be provided in the following:
- Assisting with accounts
- Assisting with payroll
Detailed data entry is involved so basic knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Previous experience in a reception role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage however school leavers are encouraged to apply. Swan Transit will offer the successful applicate a chance to gain a Certificate III in Business after a probation period. Advancement opportunities do exist within the company.

This position is 38 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. Swan Transit pays above award wages that will be discussed with the successful applicant.
