Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors and guests with a smile and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage the email inbox as well as post
- Maintain tidy and organised front of house areas including reception meeting rooms and kitchen
- Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the wider team
- Previous experience is a similar role would be highly regarded
- Friendly and outgoing personality and a polite professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent professional telephone manner
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience to everyone
