About the role
The Cardiology Department at Eastern Health provides invasive Cardiology services at Box Hill Hospital, and non-invasive Cardiology services at Box Hill, Angliss and Maroondah Hospitals. Across all three sites, the Cardiology Department performs around 20,000 procedures each year.
Our dynamic clerical team rotate through various roles, providing administrative support to our main reception and Cardiology outpatient clinics in Building B, and the cardiac catheterisation laboratory in Building A. This position is a permanent full-time appointment, with the successful applicant required to work Monday to Friday during business hours.
About you
To be successful in this diverse clerical role, you will demonstrate:
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- outstanding customer service skills,
- the ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team,
- experience with computer databases and Microsoft Office,
- excellent organisational and time management skills,
- accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
