We are looking for an experienced receptionist.
The position has direct responsibility for managing the front reception, but also includes tasks related to general office administration and associated support services. You will therefore be the point of contact and the face of our ever growing business.
We are looking for a flexible, friendly and self motivated candidate. The successful candidate should not only be motivated to help customers and co-workers but also enjoy completing all administrative tasks to the highest standard.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Customer Service both on the phone and face to face
- Booking vehicles in for repairs, communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.
- General office duties
- iBodyshop, Estimage, Audanet experience is a plus but not essential as we will provide through on the job training
The successful candidate will be available Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
