Hays is partnered with a market leading, multinational manufacturer based in Geelong who are looking for a receptionist and Customer Service specialist to join their environmentally focussed organisation.
Your new role
As the receptionist/Customer Service star for this organisation, you will be primarily responsible for answering calls through the main switch board and directing customers to the relevant personnel. You'll be welcoming and managing visitor inductions as well as transport drivers, contractors, and you'll perform other administrative tasks as directed.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have demonstrated experience as a receptionist/Customer Service agent with the ability to perform the following duties:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Managing all visitor inductions
- Process all incoming and outgoing transport, including Weighbridge
- Processing delivery dockets and consignment notes
- Processing of customer orders through to invoice stage
- Booking transport for customer orders, pickup and delivery
- Filing of all documentation related to customer orders in the appropriate areas
- Other tasks as directed by management from time to time
- Management of customer information
