TRS Resourcing is excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our team as an Inventory / Customer Service Clerk. This role involves working with our client's transport operation in Altona North, 3025. The position is initially for 26 weeks as a temp with the potential for full-time placement.

  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of materials handling and warehousing in the transport industry
• Experience with Microlistics software is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate data entry for efficient record-keeping
• Receive and process orders from customers via phone and email
• Manage invoicing processes
• Process CHEP & Loscam pallet dockets
• Conduct stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, meeting their daily service requirements and KPIs
