A busy Mobile Podiatry Office based in Preston is seeking an energetic, highly motivated and well-presented Administration person.
The position is 3 days per week (Wed-Thurs-Fri) from 9.00 am to 4:30 pm.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
*Proficient computer skills; including Microsoft Word, Excel & Office
*Maintain all clinicians’ calendars and appointments ensuring available appointments are offered and filled. Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
*Develop and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
*Keep accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all communication and actions are properly documented.
*Be punctual, reliable, highly motivated, demonstrate high level office skill with an eye for detail and excellent time management skills
*Confident, mature professional with friendly manner- Strong problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
*Ability to speak Greek will be highly regarded.
*Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
