The company:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist and Customer Service Consultant to join a reputable and award winning property and land developer based in Pakenham.
Working closely with the Sales Consultants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers.
Other duties include:
- Act as initial point of contact for all visitors - meet and greet in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate appointments with a sales consultant
- Customer correspondence and liaison
- Outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Follow up with customers on post-sale and provide feedback to Consultants
Dates required to work:
Working between 9:00am-5:00pm
- Thursday 22, Friday 23 & Saturday 24 February
- Thursday 29 February & Friday 1 March
- Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 March
- Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 March
You will need:
- Proven experience in office support roles within a corporate and fast paced environment
- Agent Reps certificate or experience working withing building/property industry would be highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self starter and ability to problem solve
- Polished and professional approach
