We are seeking a full-time permanent Receptionist to join our team based in Tullamarine.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Front Desk support handling incoming calls
- Organising daily mail couriers - Sending and receiving
- Managing the photocopier maintenance
- Organising - catering (as required for meetings), kitchen & office supplies
- Organising the setup of IT & phone equipment
- Manage general email inbox - reception and accounts
- Performing office administrative duties as required
About you:
- Previous administrative experience would be advantageous
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Word/Excel
- Enjoys variety and fast paced work
