This role reports directly to the Director/Principal, while also working closely with other key members of the team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide concierge level customer service and create a warm and friendly environment for staff and patients
- Appointment scheduling and management with multiple types of appointments
- Answering phone and digital enquiries accurately and in a timely, confident and engaging manner
- Processing, reconciling payments and liaising with Medicare, HICAPS, Private Health Funds, NDIS, TAC and Workcover
- Accurate and detailed entry of patient information as well as managing digital and physical files
- Provide full support to the Chiropractors and other practitioners to ensure practice efficiency and patient satisfaction is maintained
- Be closely involved in patient management throughout their care journey
- Improve current procedures and maintain office procedures to a high standard
- Assist with practice marketing, including social media and idea generation
- Manage stock inventory and place orders
- Ensure treatment rooms and reception areas are clean and tidy

My Health Chiro is a wellness driven chiropractic practice located in Maribyrnong & South Melbourne. At our practice we believe that everyone requires their own unique approach to help them achieve their individual health goals. That is why we offer a bespoke healthcare experience to every patient we see. We believe in communicating and delivering healthcare in a wellness based model with utilizing several strategies to see patients achieve their short and long term goals. We strive to provide a top tier experience whilst treating our patients like family and creating a fun, warm and friendly environment. THE HOURS
Applicants must have flexibility to work in both our Maribyrnong and South Melbourne locations. We have flexible hours and several shifts across mornings and/or afternoons so being able to cover other team members during staff absences and holiday periods is important.
The role is currently a part-time position of approximately 20-25 hours. The position will be paid at an award rate, per hour.
