Duties include:
- Reception and general administration duties
- Bookings and appointment scheduling
- Maintaining patient accounts & records
- Payment processing – Medicare rebates, private health insurance, DVA, EFTPOS/ HICAPS, Proda (HPOS), Workcover & TAC
- Computer operation (Cliniko Software), emails
- Supplies - maintaining & ordering
Working Days:
Casual or Fulltime offered to the right candidate, or even a 4 day a week Part-time is available for this position.
Monday to Friday. Saturday shift optional.
