About us
We are a busy Orthodontic Practice seeking an enthusiastic & reliable team member. We are a highly regarded family-oriented practice with clinics in four locations across the Illawarra.
The role
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who understands the importance of being the first point of contact in a busy practice.
Orthodontic experience is not essential as the successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of a busy Orthodontic Practice, including assisting in the clinic when required.
However, adaptability, a positive work attitude, and a willingness to learn are a must.
You will need to enjoy working in a small team environment and can develop an easy rapport with both patients and parents alike.
Essential to the role
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English essential
Experience with Microsoft Office is required
Experience with Dolphin Management is desirable but not essential
Reliable and punctual with a positive can-do attitude
You must have your own vehicle & current drivers licence,as some travelling is required between practices
