Receptionist / Housekeeper

Located in the heart of Terrigal, Terrigal Sails is a 4 star hotel offering 23 spacious apartments. 

We are looking for a Receptionist / Housekeper for an immediate start to join our team.

This role is 10 hours per week. Set days - Tuesday and Wednesday and one weekend per month - Saturday and Sunday. This weekend shift would require an overnight stay on both Friday and Saturday night.

You will be trained to use our reservations system to assist with the checking in / out of guests, answering email and phone enquiries and general day to day recception duties.

This role does include fast paced housekeeping, approx 1-2hrs per shift. So the ability to jump between roles in any given shift is a must

The weekend night shift is to act as "After hours guest services" Assisting guests with anything they require after reception hours. Accommodation is provided for the whole weekend. This could be simply providing extra towles, assisting guests to access keys from the keysafe to attending to alarms, handling guest complaints ect.

• Experience with hotel housekeeping
• Attention to detail and high standard of cleaning
• Good customer and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• The ability to work in an active role in a fast-paced environment
• Should you have social media marketing experience, this would be highly regarded.
