ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, our Coffs Harbour Toyota dealership has an outstanding opportunity for a vibrant and outgoingService Receptionist to join us immediately.
Our Service Department is a busy, professional environment with a constant flow of Guests seeking your help and guidance. Our goal is to provide them with a superior service experience, promptly attending to their requirements in an efficient and courteous manner.
THE SUCCESSFULL CANDIDATE:
- Happy and Bubbly personality
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent phone manor
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in the Service department
- Service bookings and follow ups
- Process and confirm online bookings
- Service administration and clerical duties as required
- Sales based calling using CRM system
