Beaumaris Lawyers and Conveyancers have been located in The Concourse, Beaumaris for over 20 years under the directorship of Principal Lawyer Joanne Simmonds, Senior Associate Lawyer Nadya Voloshina and Office Manager/Conveyancer Aleshia Ling. We deal with Estate planning, deceased estates, conveyancing, general property, business and commercial law
Qualifications & experience
- At least one year's experience in a legal office preferred and a willingness to learn
- Bubbly personality and a team player
- Smokeball - but we are happy to train you
- Good typing skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering telephones, greeting clients, making appointments
- Assisting lawyers as required including preparation and amendment of documents as directed
- Opening and closing files, including completing file data lists
- Photocopying, printing and scanning documents and deeding of documents
- Mainly Wills, Powers of Attorney, business and commercial matters
- At least one year's legal office experience preferred, although senior legal receptionists/LEGAL ASSISTANTs are also welcome to apply
