- Part-time Receptionist role (15 hours/week)

Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) is seeking a part-time Receptionist. AGPAL is the leading provider of accreditation and related quality improvement services to General Practices in Australia. AGPAL's subsidiary organisation Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) delivers comprehensive accreditation and support services across the health and human service continuum.
Reporting to the National Manager, Finance and working with other Receptionists, this role will ensure reception functions are managed effectively and in a timely manner. Providing high level customer service to the satisfaction of the internal and external stakeholders will be the key requirement of the role. Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Answering and distributing all incoming telephone enquiries
- Preparing and distributing practice accreditation packages, and product orders as required
- Coordinating purchasing, including regular stocktake of stationery and kitchen supplies
- Administering office equipment maintenance
- Administration support to all business units, including data entry, mail outs, scanning, as required
The successful candidate must possess:
- Two years or more experience in Reception and Administration Support
- Proficient with MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Advanced typing skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
