AddressWe are a small busy physiotherapy clinic located in Springfield looking for a Receptionist (casual position) to join our team! The basic hours available are 3-4 early mornings (7am start) or late evenings (3 - 4pm start) a week, totalling approximately up to 15 - 25 hours weekly.
Additional hours during the day would be required during school and university holidays, as well as covering holiday or sick leave.
University students with reasonable work availability will be considered.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing telephone and patient enquires, scheduling appointments for patients within the practice, billings, messages, and other general administrative duties;
- Maintaining patient files, handling mail, email, faxes, and scanning;
- Ensuring the practice is tidy and presentable; and
- Communicating with a diverse range of health professionals.
To be considered for this role applicants must have the following:
- Professional, confident and personable telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrated initiative, time management and flexibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and
- High standard of presentation and attention to detail and the
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
6 weeks on-site training will be provided for the right candidate. Application closes on 15th June 2024. Applicants should be available to commence training asap.
