Receptionist

Are you a vibrant and friendly individual who enjoys being the face of a company?Our client is an international company based in Eastern Creek who is committed to fostering positive employment experiences. We are looking for a receptionist to work on site from Monday – Friday from 8AM to 4PM. In this role, you will also be required to provide administrative support to business divisions.Key Responsibilities;

• Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation

As your time at the company goes on, your responsibilities may be increased based on the ability you have displayed!Requirements;

• Previous experience in a receptionist role
• Excellent communication skills
• A deep understanding on the importance of a receptionist position
• The ability to multitask
• Computer Literate
