Your day will look like:
- Managing the reception desk, greeting guests, assisting with meetings and keeping the front area tidy and presentable.
- Maintaining the busy reception email inbox and responding to guests in a timely manner. This includes guest invoice requests, general enquiries, lost property enquiries, and guest feedback.
- General office upkeep, ensuring a clean and tidy office. This includes the kitchen, print room, reception area and the overall office.
- Collection and distribution of mail and packages for 3 offices
- Ordering of most office supplies and consumables for more than one office space.
Ideally you are:
- Background in reception or administration is a distinct advantage
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion and energy in your work, calm, polite and guest focused
- Outgoing, proactive and client focused
- Proficient in both Excel and Outlook
