About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist! You will provide initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services and administrative support.

Responsibilities include

• Screen incoming calls and assess client's needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively
• Diary management of appointments and advising of client arrival in a timely manner
• Prepare correspondence and process incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents as appropriate
• Drive fleet vehicles to for servicing requirements and Monthly Vehicle Inspections of pool vehicles
• Carry out duties when required to provide backup relief for the Site Administrator

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Geelong, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2 Award.

What you will have

• Relevant business qualification e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
• Demonstrate experience in reception/administration responsibilities
• Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred)
• A Victorian Driver's Licence
