About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist! You will provide initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services and administrative support.
Responsibilities include
- Screen incoming calls and assess client's needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively
- Diary management of appointments and advising of client arrival in a timely manner
- Prepare correspondence and process incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents as appropriate
- Drive fleet vehicles to for servicing requirements and Monthly Vehicle Inspections of pool vehicles
- Carry out duties when required to provide backup relief for the Site Administrator
This is a permanent full-time position, based in Geelong, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2 Award.
What you will have
- Relevant business qualification e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
- Demonstrate experience in reception/administration responsibilities
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred)
- A Victorian Driver's Licence
