We're looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant with excellent customer service skills.
Duties would include but are not limited to: Greeting and welcoming clients,answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, scheduling client appointments, data entry, filing, emailing, scanning, ensuring the office is clean and tidy, banking and mail etc.
This is a short-term position for approximately 6-12 weeks. This role is Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm with no weekend work. If this sounds like you please apply.
