The Role
As a Legal Receptionist your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks, keeping you actively engaged with clients and colleagues across all levels within the firm. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- First point of contact meeting and greeting clients on arrival
- Phone management, answering & directing calls, taking messages
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
- Assist with catering, tea/coffee's, ensuring supplies are continuously well stocked
- Mail management
- Assist with overflow administration tasks as needed
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive ’can do’ attitude
- Intermediate MS Office skills
