Duties will include but not limited to;
- First point of contact for our clients.
- Managing the phone promptly with a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
- Distribution of incoming phone calls.
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries.
- Scanning and linking of documents.
- Filing with strict attention to detail.
- Incoming/outgoing mail.
- Other office duties as required and/or requested by the Administration Manager.
The successful applicant will have the following;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential.
- Friendly disposition with a sense of humour.
Full Time position: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
