The Role

Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of our front of clinic/store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly, answer calls, and assist with inquiries, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
- Process transactions using POS, Eftpos, and HICAPS systems.
- Handle Medicare and NDIS processes efficiently.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
- Provide support in our footwear retail section, delivering outstanding customer service.
