We are seeking:
- Support Service Employee Level 3 and above of the Health Professionals and Support Services Award
- Full Time with availability from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Though roster will likely be:
Monday 8:30am - 4:30pm Gordon
Tuesday9.30am - 5.30pm Gordon
Wednesday 7.30am - 3.30pm Gordon
Thursday 12pm - 6.00pm Lane Cove
Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm Gordon
Flexibility is required during other team members leave
- There MAY be the opportunity to join as a casual if you are experienced (or studying nursing / health); available 2-3 days per week for the next 2-3 years +
- Package depends on Award level
About you:
We are looking for an experienced, patient focused receptionist that is happy working under pressure, keeping a calm demeanor and able to problem solve.
The role reports to our Administration Team Leader. We also have a Practice Manager, Business Manager and Clinical Team Leader on site for any queries, with full training provided.

About our practice:
Gordon & Lane Cove Eye Surgeries are specialist consulting rooms giving care to patients of all ages from around Australia. Patient care is our first priority and we have a lovely team with an open & friendly culture.
We have 4-8 doctors working daily supported by clinical / orthoptic staff and nurses as well as our Administration team. Several of our team have been at the practice over a decade, while others a few months, and we form a nice supportive balance to each other.
