Duties & Responsibilities:

• Good customer service as first point of contact and greeting visitors
• Maintaining professional presentation of the reception
• Responding to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, screening and diverting as required
• A variety of administrative duties
• Maintaining excellent communications with all internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain positive relationships

Skills & Experience:

• Hold a current National Police Clearance
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to accommodate ad hoc admin tasks
