Duties & Responsibilities:
- Good customer service as first point of contact and greeting visitors
- Maintaining professional presentation of the reception
- Responding to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, screening and diverting as required
- A variety of administrative duties
- Maintaining excellent communications with all internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain positive relationships
Skills & Experience:
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to accommodate ad hoc admin tasks
