About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception, providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and other administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide an efficient and professional reception service to visitors, volunteers and employees of the organisation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Assist with maintenance of Client Services and Dog Services records and data management systems as required
- Manage petty cash and merchandise sales, including EFTPOS sales
- Support other business units with administration tasks and activities as required
The role of Receptionist is part-time and is available working three days a week, 22.8 hours, Monday – Wednesday, 8:30am – 5pm. Days of work are non-negotiable.
