In this role, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that every visitor and caller receives exceptional service from the moment they connect with us.

Role Overview:

As our Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, managing our front desk, phone system and customer inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, directing calls and providing general administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with hours from 8am to 5.30pm, offering overtime paid for additional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front of house operations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
• Greet and assist customers upon arrival at our Col Crawford BMW Showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience every time.
• Assist with administrative tasks and adhoc projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong organisational abilities with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering long-term customer relationships.
