The successful applicant for this position will need:

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy, including experience with MS Office
- A reliable and responsible character
- The ability to follow detailed procedures & processes
Duties may include:
- Liaising with Clients, Directors & Senior Accountants
- Handling incoming and outbound calls
- Booking appointments & maintaining schedules
- Preparation of documents & client correspondence
- Client follow ups
- Filing
- Maintaining client records
- Corresponding with the ATO
- Provision of general admin support
Training will be provided, however you will need to bring an eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude and a commitment to the role. The successful candidate will be good with people and possess the ability to work as an effective part of a team. You will need to be able to manage changing priorities, and to follow established workflow processes.
Previous experience in customer service is required. Experience in reception or an office environment, along with good IT skills, would also be a strong advantage.
