We are based in Moorebank, South West Sydney. Public Transport is available at Liverpool Station and Buses drop past on a regular service as is Street parking on Seton Rd.
Due to recent growth, we are looking for an experienced receptionist or Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a permanent part time role. We are thinking 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) for 5-6 hours per day say 9am - 3pm. We are flexible on this too.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answering Telephones and directing the call accordingly
- Greeting customers and Suppliers
- Manage several inboxes and direct them
- Prepare new sales orders
- Match completed jobs ready for invoicing
- Maintaining database in M1
- Scanning of completed Jobs
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Daily reporting for sales and production team
- Taking customer credit card payments
- Match and process supplier invoices
To be considered for the position, you will have:
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Microsoft Office user skills, be able to adapt to new technology.
- High attention to detail and well-developed communication skills
- The ability to multi skill and prioritise duties and work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar position would be desirable.
