We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join a Boutique Law firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.

About the Role
The role is suited to a well presented junior with a minimum of 6 months' experience in a reception or admin role.
- Answering phones;
- Greeting clients, serving refreshments;
- Running errands such as, running up to court, delivering briefs to barristers;
- Meeting room maintenance including booking and managing meeting rooms for partners and lawyers;
- Distributing daily mail and assisting with courier bookings and deliveries;
- Partner's general administrative tasks. (eg. booking lunches and meeting rooms);
- Organise and diarising internal lunches;
- Assist with all events and event planning;
- Assist the office manager and admin team;
- Order and maintain stationery;
- Order and maintain kitchen stock;
- Tidy the meeting rooms at the beginning and end of each day; and
- Assist admin team when necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels;
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
- Professional appearance and demeanour, with a friendly and approachable attitude;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work;
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle situations with professionalism; and
- Candidates from Hospitality/Customer Service background encourage to apply.
