We are currently seeking a part-time (minimum 3 days per week) Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within administration previously, and have a proactive approach to problem solving and office management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting incoming visitors to the office.
- Managing incoming emails and phone calls.
- Coordinating and scheduling meeting rooms, including setup with necessary equipment and amenities.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
- Managing office supplies and service providers.
- General house-keeping of communal areas.
- Assisting with setting up new employees desks.
- Supporting GM's with administrative tasks as necessary.
About You:
- Previous experience in Administration will be highly regarded.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- High organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
