About the Role
We are looking for skilled and highly motivated individual to fill this opening within our firm.
As Receptionist/Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, based primarily in our Innisfail Office. We are looking for someone who has the right attitude and can contribute to our friendly team culture, to learn from the best and take this role to the next level.
Receptionist/Office Administrator
You will work on a variety of different tasks and responsibilities including:
- Providing clients with outstanding service by answering phones and attending to visiting clients
- Delivering exceptional ‘first impressions’ by managing incoming new client enquiries and providing clients with initial meeting documentation
- Diary management and scheduling of appointments
- Communication in person, by phone, and email with clients and other external parties
- Preparing correspondence including from electronic dictation, document preparation, and amendments
- Coordinate client onboarding activities including engagement letters, information gathering, and data entry
- Client billing
- Managing debtor accounts
- Daily trust accounting including monthly trust account reconciliation
- Work closely with the Principal and Virtual GM on new technological initiatives and advancements
- General administration and office management tasks
The successful applicant will possess:
- Customer service experience
- A positive attitude and eager to assist team members at all times
- Ability to type competently
- "Tech savvy" - we are looking for someone who has the skills and drive to assist with implementing new technologies
- Problem solving and multitasking experience in a high paced role

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office365 suite of software
- Experience with LEAP Legal file management/client software is an advantage but not a necessity
